How It Works
1: Fun Passes go on sale Friday 26 June, 3pm. Purchase yours on this page.
2: After purchasing, collect your Fun Pass by presenting your confirmation email at the Concierge Desk during operational hours, located behind The Coffee Club.
Concierge staffed hours are:
Monday – Saturday (except Thursday): 9am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 9am – 9pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm
3: Present your Fun Pass at participating stores to redeem offers and enjoy!

- How many Fun Passes can I purchase?
You can purchase up to 4 in one transaction.
- Once purchased how do I collect my Fun Pass?
The Passes are available for collection from the Concierge Desk (during operational hours), located behind The Coffee Club.
Staffed hours are:
Mon-Sat (exc Thur): 9am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Sunday: 10am - 3pm
Please note all fun passes must be collected prior to 31 July 2026.
- I've purchased my Pass, do I need to collect immediately?
No. However, passes remain valid until 31 July 2026. If you’re unable to collect your pass by this date, please contact the centre directly.
- Can I purchase my cinema ticket online?
Each booklet has an individual barcode and pin; therefore, you need to collect your Pass before booking any movie sessions online. For any questions see BCC Cinemas Strathpine directly.
- I’ve lost my Pass, what are my options?
Unfortunately, each Pass is like cash and we are unable to cancel or reimburse after its collection. We recommend reaching via the email below to log this as lost property.
- I am no longer able to use my Pass, can I get a reimbursement?
If you have purchased but not collected your Pass, we may be able to reimburse you up until 31 July. You will need to reach out to marketing@strathpinecentre.com.au for more details.
- Where can I find the T&Cs?
The full terms and conditions are available on the Strathpine Centre website and the Humanitix booking page. Individual offers are subject to each retailer’s terms, so we recommend contacting the store directly for any specific queries.
- How does the $10 Food Voucher work?
The food voucher allows you to redeem $10 off a purcahse at select retailers including; Boost Juice, Brooklyn Donuts, Burrito Bar, Chinese Grace Delights, Eko Japanese, Grande Bakery, Molly's Corner Cafe, Rashays, Sharetea, Shingle Inn and Sushi Ace. You can only redeem one voucher, per transaction, per day. Please read the T&C's list on the voucher or see our Concierge Team for further clarification.
