Stream Clean-Up at Herring Run Park!

Hello! Please join us on April 27th from 10:30AM-12PM for our Weeds to Woods Earth Day Cleanup in collaboration with Karmic Connections, and open to the public!
We're looking for 15 people to join us for this event.
Water, snacks, gloves, and trash pickers will be provided. But, make sure to wear waterproof shoes!
We will meet at the intersection of Chesterfield and Harford road by the steps. Then we will walk down the paved trail and cross the bridge together to the spots we’ll want to clean by the water.
Weeds to Woods is Backyard Basecamp's environmental workforce development program for Baltimore City youth ages 16-24 who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC).
Karmic Connections, directed by Lennette Abad, connects Black and Brown people to nature, mindfulness, art, and adventure to live a fulfilled life.
