Event description

Join us at the Stream Hill Community Day for a free family day with nature-based activities and entertainment for all ages. 

Enjoy a free sausage sizzle lunch at 12pm.

The following is a taster of what you can expect to experience:

  • Children of all ages can explore and adventure with nature play  with staff from Bush Magic Therapies.
  • Delve into the fascinating world of native bees at the native bee education and activity tent.
  • Have a chat to members of the Stream Hill Landcare group - grab your free plant and make a seed bomb to take home.
  • Have a chuckle with roving performers from the Eaton Gorge Theatre Company.
  • Get your hands in the earth and plant a tree at our community planting session.
  • Enjoy a quiet walk and learn about the endangered grassy woodlands that surround the playground.
