When Mal Chow is behind the burner, you know you’re in for a delicious evening. Set your tastebuds alight with an evening roaming between an array of street eat stations from the King of Chinese/Malay fusion. Praised for his modern twist on traditional Asian dishes, Mal and the Chow’s Table team will be serving you dish after dish of tasty creations. You won’t go thirsty either with House of Cards wines or locally brewed beer all available to purchase from the bar throughout the evening. Once you’ve fuelled up, hit the D-floor and groove the night away to the DJ’s sweet sounds.
Please note due to the nature of this event the only dietaries that can be catered for are gluten free. Limited vegetarian options available.
