The Women's Street Smart Self- Defence workshop is probably the most intense, comprehensive, enjoyable and hands-on womens self-defence syllabus in New Zealand.
The YWCA of Hamilton has joined with Sarah from Mind Set Self Defence (formerly known as SAFE) to host a Street Smart Self Defence workshop. Check out MindSet's website for testimonials and more details.
This workshop will start at 7pm and it will run for two hour with drinks and snacks provided at the end. Please note this workshop is only appropriate for girls 13 years and older as topics that are discussed in the workshop may be upsetting.
