Strength and Balance classes are coming back to Wardell.

Come along and join our new instructor Ellie Price from Physio Plus in Ballina.

This new program will commence Wed June 4th at 9:00am-10:00 at the Wardell Rainbow Room. The term will run as a 10 week block.

All ages and stages can join this group and be supported with a personalised range of movement, balance and resistance activities.

Ellie Price is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who completed her studies at Southern Cross University.

With a strong passion for evidence-based exercise, Ellie is dedicated to designing personalised programs that empower individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. She is also a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor, specialising in Mat and Clinical Pilates, and has experience as a Group Fitness Instructor.

Ellie's areas of expertise include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, mental health, disability support, paediatrics, hydrotherapy, and working with older adult populations. She is committed to providing patient-centred care and strives to improve the lives of those with various health challenges.
