Strength & Softness is a unique and powerful ceremony. A ceremony of Union, balance and honouring of the Masculine.

Three Sisters embody the Divine Feminine to honour and facilitate the healing & heart activation, of the Sacred Masculine within Our Brothers. We acknowledge that the patriarchal system has also failed you and lead you from your feelings. We acknowledge you were also not given to tools to cope, feel & understand. We acknowledge that we, as feminine embodied humans, do not & cannot know what is like for a human experience in male form.

We are here to support you to learn from the Grandfather, as we nourish & nurture the space, from our Feminine Embodiment.

During this ceremony we work with the Masculine Medicine of Grandfather Tobacco, Mapacho & Rapeh' served by the feminine to bring about blessings of UNION.

This work is deeply ancestral, physical, spiritual & multi-dimensional.

There is potent possibility for radical change when your Intentions ripple out through a circle of brothers, in the presence of such ancient medicine, served by the priestesses.

About The Medicine

Native American traditions believe that Sacred Tobacco was gifted to humanity from White Buffalo Calf Woman of the Star People, to guide us home to our hearts and FREE us from Fear. The energy that Tobacco (Mapacho) holds is that of the Sacred & Divine Masculine.

He is strong, grounding, focused, clearing, loving and powerful. Rapeh', is an Ancient Tobacco based snuff from the Amazonian Rainforest Tribes of Brazil. Throughout this ceremony we will be working with four different blends from three different tribes.

Tsunu - Yawanawa, Emburana - Huni Kuin, Cumaru -Huni Kuin & Parika - Katukina.

You are being invited to gather with your brothers and receive a cleansing of body, mind and spirit.

Rapeh' is Heart Medicine. Medicine of the Breath - therefore Medicine of the Life.
This Medicine helps to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, the yin and yang within the body. He always clears away fear and fog from the mind whilst decalcifying the pineal gland & activating the third eye. The Heart expands so that a new level of loving compassion can open & stabilize. The blends are all made within ceremony & ritual, containing plants with antibacterial & anti-inflammatory benefits for physical cleansing.

Wilqa Nina (Nicole) holds this ceremony the way that she is guided to by the medicine and her guides. With over 5 years of facilitating ceremonial spaces, plant medicine ceremonies & trauma informed somatic integration training, she holds a powerful container for transformation. Two other sisters will be divinely chosen to co-facilitate, volunteering their time to serve the brotherhood with their whole hearts, as a sacred act of healing their own wounds of the masculine. These sisters are also medicine women & powerful space holders.

"The strength and softness ceremony was a truly liberating experience. Wilqa Nina, Jaime-lee and El (also happy for you to refer to them as divine sisters if they would prefer) held a truly safe space for us men to feel our pain. Often as men it is hard to know what a feeling is, because we have been taught to live by rules instead. We can feel that there is no way of knowing how to exist because rules do not address those feelings, and so cannot heal us or galvanize action. We remain stuck, because our bodies, hearts and souls need our attention. The significance of the strength and softness ceremony was that we could finally give that attention, and allow those feelings to surface without reprimand or fear. Throughout the ceremony, I connected with my Deda (grandfather), my uncle, and my dad on a spiritual and emotional level. I released deep sadness, grief and anger on their behalf, and in doing so, I realized that my pain is/was theirs. This connected me deeply to my family and to my ancestral line.

In doing so, I found strength. I also dispelled a lot of doubt. I had previously thought to myself, “am I good enough? Is my decision right?”. But releasing these feelings revealed their love and warmth, which had been their all along, but which had been coated in a murky denial for self-protection. And this love and warmth I now feel to be a light to guide decision-making.

I have immense gratitude for the sisters, for guiding and holding profound space for us brothers; for the brothers, for providing empathy, honesty and courage while we dealt with our s***; and for the medicine, Rapeh, and its providers, in the Yawanawa, Huni Kuin and Katukina tribes of the Amazon rainforest. I would highly recommend the strength and softness ceremony, and I would highly recommend it to any male-identifying soul who seeks connect with himself, his ancestors and his calling."
