Join Men's Health and Wellbeing WA for the official launch of 'Strength in Asking', a social media campaign designed to empower young men in prioritising their mental health.

Finding Identity Can Be Confusing: Young men are bombarded with conflicting messages about what it means to be "a man." They feel pressure to conform to a stereotype of toughness and stoicism, hindering their exploration of their true selves. They wish to learn from diverse experiences and discover their own identities without feeling like they need to "fit in."

Enjoy breakfast while joining in a panel discussion centred around young guy's mental health, as well as, learning about the campaign's goals, the inspiration behind it, and how it aims to break down the stigma surrounding mental health for young men.

Tickets include a full buffet breakfast (with gluten free and vegetarian options), tea, orange juice and/or coffee.

Breakfast will be offered at 7.30am and the event will begin 8.00am.

Connect with like-minded individuals, share your thoughts, and be part of this campaign.

We look forward to sharing this initiative with you.

Panel speaker information coming soon.
