So many of us put a lot of time, effort, energy and money into taking care of our bodies – and rightly so, that’s a loving thing to do for ourselves. But how much thought do we put into strengthening our souls?

In this online women’s circle around the time of the new moon, we’ll be contemplating how we can support ourselves to find our strength, and build our resilience. We’ll remind ourselves of how strong we are, and explore what resources we already have to keep ourselves strong when times get tough.
