12 workshop series: each 1,5-hour workshop is followed by 30 minutes of networking.

When you learn how to build your self-efficacy and agency, build your self-awareness and help others to do the same you become a powerful and impactful leader.

CEO and leaders who manage their companies with environment, society, and long-term sustainable development goals in mind. Companies need leaders who can balance both the pressure of short-term goals and priorities along with long-term goals and incorporate a new set of ideals centred on improving social and environmental issues in the world.

But the world also needs stronger leaders in the sustainability sector (waste management, Circular economy, Clean Tech; Renewables etc.. )... Conscious leaders who will drive their projects to success and create greater social and environmental impact.

And we believe this is not necessarily the same thing!!

We understand that being a Startup or SME in the sustainability sector can be challenging.

So, The Hub on SX and The Mentoring Effect have partnered up to design a series of 12 workshops aiming to strengthen the leadership skills of all leaders and professionals within the sustainability sector.

Building a leader mindset for greater impact projects in the sustainability sector and any business.

Please come and join us for our workshop where we will be discussing leadership qualities and learning what is efficacy and agency and how to build them up. We will talk about the importance of knowing yourself and others and how that can influence your results in business, in sales or in revenue.

During this 1 hour workshop we will:

- discuss what efficacy, agency and esteem are

- Identify what leadership skills/attribute a strong leader needs and how to build them up

- identify what personality style/energy you are and how to use it in business

The Hub on SX
The Hub on SX is a not-for-profit initiative powered by Metis Design & Engineering, an established Engineering consultancy with a wealth of experience and expansive networks in the industry.

Through the Hub on SX, Metis D&E hope to contribute to building a supportive and collaborative community of entrepreneurs working directly in sustainability or running a business with strong sustainability values.

The Hub on SX is a co-working space in the heart of Fremantle where professionals with the same passion for sustainability can work, co-work and network.

Alex is CEO and Leadership Performance Coach at The Mentoring Effect.
