Audience: Quality Staff, Managers, Nurses, Team Leaders, People and Culture Teams and anyone with a passion for the New Strengthened Standards and Quality Improvement

This workshop will clearly explain the new requirements and clarify your understanding of the changes.
Additionally, you will receive a Gap analysis tool for each standard (7 in total) and possible solutions to assist you to be standard compliance ready.
Course outcomes:
- Recognise the intent of the revised Quality Standards - effective from July 2024.
- Understand the expectations of each Standard.
- Know the actions to take to achieve compliance.
- Receive a Gap Analysis tool for each standard (7 in total) to support you to identify gaps and guide improvement.
