So he started asking “what would happen if we studied what was right with people?”

After studying 1.7million people from 48 different countries he created an assessment framework called Clifton Strengths.

Today, Don’s pioneering research into the world of positive and strengths psychology has allowed 34 million people to transform the way they approach their career, relationships and life.

The Clifton Strengths framework provides strategic insights to corporate teams and high performing individuals in workshops run by trained Clifton Strengths Coaches like Ash.

This interactive group workshop will be held at the beautiful Fig House, a poolside home on a lush green property in Talli, Gold Coast.

You will come away with a printed copy of your personalised strengths report and a clear understanding of how leaning into your unique strengths can enhance your life, career and relationships.

The day is designed to leave you feeling empowered, aligned and inspired to be your most authentic self.

What's Included:

Personalised Strengths Assessment: Before the in person workshop you will be given access to a 40 minute online assessment to determine your unique strengths.
Customised Strengths Report: After completing the online assessment you will receive a customised report detailing your strengths. The report will include actionable insights and suggested ways to maximise your top 10 strengths to achieve greater success in their personal and professional life. During the in person workshop you will receive a beautiful printed copy of your customised strengths report along with activities designed to help you explore them.
In Person Workshop: A 2 hour in person workshop hosted by Ash. An experience designed to help you name and celebrate your strengths while connecting with the rest of the group.
You’ll spend your time reflecting on how your strengths show up in your life, career and relationships. Then you’ll learn how to maximise them and the occasional times when a strength can be a liability.
During the workshop you will receive a printed copy of your full strengths report including additional worksheets to begin setting goals and making action plans to leverage strengths to achieve them.
Online Learning Portal: You will also receive access to an online learning portal packed with additional insights and digital copies of your strengths reports.
This learning portal is constantly updated with new resources, videos and actionable insights.
Tea, Coffee & Light Lunch: Healthy snacks, tea and coffee will be provided :)
