Misty is a Social Media Self-Care Coach and stay-at-home Mama-on-a-mission supporting women to unplug from social media in a simple, sustainable, stress-free way so they can hit refresh on their time and prioritise what's truly important. She embraces JOLO which stands for the "Joy of Living Offline" and encourages everyone to engage in at least one #jolomoment each week. When she gets a moment to herself you can find her wandering the aisles of a bookstore, baking choc-chip cookies, cloud-gazing, or hunting down great coffee.

LAUREN PRIDEAUX - Certified Myotherapist and Feminine Embodiment Coach

Lauren is a certified Myotherapist and Feminine Embodiment Coach based in Turrbal country, North Brisbane. In her practice, she creates space for women to feel heard, safe and valued. Lauren uses Myotherapy to move physical tension from your body, ease pain and allow your body to truly relax. And it doesn't stop there. As a Feminine Embodiment Coach, Lauren will guide you to become aware of your emotions in your mind and in your body. By creating a safe space for you, and with gentle guidance she'll help you connect with your emotions in your body. This clarity brings healing, revitalisation and a renewed sense of calm within yourself. When she is not working, Lauren loves spending time by the ocean, relaxing with her family and sipping on gin.

Andrea is a Size-Inclusion Specialist and Coach whose mission is to bring body size into the Diversity and Inclusion conversation. Andrea works with individuals and guides them to stop letting their beliefs about their size hold them back so that they can connect with themselves and fully embody the life they truly want to live. Andrea also works with organisations to create awareness about the impacts of weight stigma and anti-fat bias for their employees so that they can improve employee engagement, wellness, and retention, as well as create a truly inclusive company culture where every BODY can reach their full potential regardless of their size. As a fun-loving Gemini, loves a good Marguerita, spending time with friends & family, planning holidays in Greece, and wrangling her four fur-children!

ABBY STIEFEL

Abby is a qualified life coach, speaker and boutique event/workshop producer from Brisbane, Australia. Her specialty is contentment and self-care coaching and she delights in helping women to connect, find joy, and rediscover their zest for life. Abby believes in the unshakeable power of human connection and believes that women come together, magic and amazing things happen. When she isn’t working with clients or running around with a clipboard at events, this chocolate-loving Piscean can be found at home playing with her fur-child and human-child or playing amateur detective whilst listening to true crime podcasts.
