Stress, hormones, sleep, nervous-system load, lifestyle and emotional patterns can all overlap with what is happening on the surface.

That is what we are exploring in Stress, Hormones, Skin & Life.

It is a small, grounded session at Emjay Wellness, inside the Mystic Tide Soul Space in Cleveland, where we will look at some of the common connections between stress, hormonal shifts, life load and changes in the skin.

We will also make room for some of the less obvious emotional and energetic patterns that may be worth noticing, without turning them into medical claims or pretending there is one neat answer for everyone.

Held at Emjay Wellness (Bel's usual Cleveland location) inside Mystic Tide Soul Space.

Places are capped at 8 so it stays small and personal. Bookings are essential. Every attendee takes home a small gift pack.
