Meet your facilitators

Claudia Laschet is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Trauma-Informed Coach, certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping). She specializes in anxiety, stress, and depression, with expertise in releasing trauma, fears, and limiting beliefs.

Paula Moneypenny is a Registered Counsellor and Supervisor (MNZAC) with a Master of Counselling (First Class Honours) from the University of Waikato. Specializing in Narrative Therapy, Paula brings expertise in trauma treatment and suicide intervention, and integrates polyvagal therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindful self-compassion into her practice.
