Stress Less Sanctuary

Forget your worries as the Guild Theatre stage transforms into a calming Stress Less Sanctuary. 

Unwind with soothing sounds and visuals, massages, portrait sittings, journalling, reading, origami, mindful collaging and our tiny sanctuary filled with livestream animals (yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds!).

While you’re indulging in the ultimate relaxation experience, you’ll feel transported to a world undisturbed by deadlines – right before the deadlines hit. And did we mention it’s FREE? Everyone is welcome.
