Navigating stress, loss, and relationships as an adoptee can feel like an uphill battle. But what if you had the tools to know which behaviors would help you feel safer, to move through loss without getting lost, and to have your own experience while having compassion for the experience of those around you?

This discussion-based workshop, led by Melissa Corkum, Enneagram Coach and adoptee, will give adoptees practical tools navigate difficult emotions, heal from past wounds, and cultivate resilience.

Prerequisites

Basic Enneagram knowledge and a strong hypothesis of what your dominant type is.
