We will explore how organisations can move beyond relying on lagging indicators to:

detect cultural vulnerabilities before they become larger organisational problems
identify psychosocial hazards and emerging areas of pressure
understand the leadership, structural and relational conditions shaping culture
translate culture data into practical organisational interventions
provide boards and executives with stronger evidence that psychosocial risks are being actively understood, managed and reviewed.

We will also introduce Well@Work™ — Leading Well's data-rich culture diagnostic — and demonstrate how bringing psychosocial risk, leadership effectiveness, work design, system dynamics, performance and wellbeing together provides a much deeper picture of organisational culture than engagement measures alone.

The question for leaders is no longer simply “Do we have a good culture?” It is: “What evidence do we have — and where are the risks we can't yet see?”
