Channel your inner Greyhound - masters of self care - and come for a very gentle stretch session with instructor Ally Cohen and her greyhound Tiger.

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it, otherwise we will have some, and we are in a carpeted room.

It's also ok to just lie there and play with Greyhounds. There will be zero judgement from the greyhounds or the instructor.

All proceeds go towards rescuing, feeding and finding forever homes for greyhounds.

Greyhounds are very relaxed, lazy animals, so suitable for those who are not comfortable around vigorous animals.

For the wellbeing of the animals, each event has capped numbers. Therefore if you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket so others can attend.

There are THREE other greyhound events to choose from later in the day:

Santa and Reindeers (Greyhounds) - FREE to attend but tickets are a must. 4 x 20 min session from 12pm. Please purchase your free tickets here.
Blind Date with Greyhounds 1:1 guaranteed - 25 min sessions at 1.45 and 2.20. Make a unique keyring with your date from $25 + fees. Buy tickets here.
Drinks & nibbles with Greyhounds - 4:30pm - 5.30pm - after a quick costume change, we will have drinks and nibbles set up to round up your Wednesday evening. Various non-alcoholic or drinks package to choose from here.
