Stretch and Release is an adaptive, trauma-informed yoga program, in partnership with collective being.

The program aims to cultivate a safer relationship to your body in an appropriate way for people living with mobility limitations, chronic illness, disabilities and mental health conditions.

Stretch and Release is inclusive of all bodies, genders and ages, and adaptable to meet individual needs, including mobility and pain management. No flexibility or prior experience is required!

Find out more about accessing the Newlands Neighbourhood House here, and feel free to email enquiries@necchi.org with any questions you might have.
