Arrive at Courabyra Wines at 9.45am to park your car, use the bathroom, meet your hosts and settle into your mat which will be waiting for you in the downstairs function room. If you have your own yoga mat, blocks, bolster etc you are invited to bring those along.

Carmen Gairn, Yoga Teacher, will commence the session at 10am, where she will guide you through various shapes that you will create using your body and the props provided. These poses or movements will be gentle and restorative and be held for 3-5 minutes. This session will be suitable for all ages and stages.

At 10.45am we will move into a group sound healing experience, led by Reiki Master Jenny Jenkins. The sounds and vibrations will assist with deep relaxation and you'll feel so good afterwards! Jenny will close the session at 11am and then you can choose your selection of sweet and savoury treats for morning tea, along with your choice of wine or hot drink.

The event will finish at 11.30am, with plenty of time for you to move on and enjoy the rest of your day.
