Introducing Stretch, Sound & Social!

My new signature evening event series. Integrating mindful movement with the magic of sound. Disconnect to reconnect and find your centre. Leave feeling harmonised, rejuvenated and grounded. Move into the weekend feeling more at peace ...

Our Soulful Friday evening:

- Enjoy a 30 minute soul nourishing yin yoga/stretch based class with Chantelle.

- Followed by a 30 minute blissful sound bath with crystal singing sound bowls.

- Afterwards end the evening with chats and connection over a sip of tea.

If you are looking for a nervous system reset, a chance to connect deeper to yourself and meet like minded souls in the heart of London then this event is for you!

Time:

Please arrive at 6:20pm for a 6:30pm start, concluding at 8:00pm.

Please bring water & a blanket (optional) so you are comfortable during the sound bath.

I look forward to seeing you there!
