Join Amanda & Lillie for a restorative evening of Stretch Yoga & Sound Healing.
This limited attendance event will commence with a gentle Yoga & Stretch fusion class to help relieve stress, calm the mind and increase strength & flexibility, leading you to full relaxation as you prepare for the Sound Healing.
As you rest in Savasana, there will be an hour of live sound bliss. The soundscapes of Tibetan and crystal bowls will allow you to integrate the movement you have just completed and bring stillness to your mind and body.
Together, Stretch Yoga & Sound Healing will leave you with a complete sense of balance of mind, body & spirit.
