For safety reasons, the building doors will not be opened until 15 minutes before the class and will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Refund policy - you can request an automatic refund (or swap to a different date) up to one day before the event. Cancellations after this time won’t be refunded (swaps will also not be accepted), but are still important as it allows someone else the opportunity to book in.
