Come solo or bring a mate - this workout is designed for all levels and can be done individually or as a team! Expect a supportive, high-vibe atmosphere where you’ll sweat, connect, and push your limits.
After the session, stick around for a free sausage sizzle and mingle with like-minded people. All proceeds go towards the Glioblastoma Research Organization, so you’ll be moving for a good cause too.
