My name is Phoenix Rose  

I am RAW. I am REAL. I am DEEP.

Intuitive Yoga guide, Yoni Steam Queen and a woman with a wealth of lived experience.

I am deeply passionate about movement, acceptance and love for the body.

We chose this body before we were born and it is my role on this Earth to hold space for liberation of this body, so the soul can shine and live unapologetically!

I am your permission slip to shed the layers, use your voice and bathe in the beauty of stillness, silence and nature

Meeting Pia was love at first sight, she is my trusted sovereign soul sister  

Pia is a sound healer and space holder, who has been on a deep journey of remembering and re-embodying since experiencing a spontaneous brain hemorrhage in 2019. Pia is passionate about being of service and empowering everyone she meets to remember how uniquely epic they are. Through powerful presence, voice resonance, earth medicine and stillness, Pia creates nurturing spaces to safely explore and experience our true essence and power.

This beautiful creation has been brewing for a year now and I’m so excited to be bringing the first one to you
