Stroke fundraising ball

Stroke week is on again. 

Its a great opportunity to raise awareness for stroke and raise much needed funds for stroke education, resources and new equipment for local stroke patients

Rockhampton Hospital has as estimated 600 stroke presentations each year with 350 of these being admitted. Approximately 50% of these are of working age (18-65 years)

Money raised from the stroke week fundraising ball will go to the purchase of new equipment for patients at our hospital and to the Queensland branch of the National Stroke Foundation to help survivors with stroke follow up once discharged to the community.

Ticket price includes 2 drinks, food and entertainment.
