Give your child a strong foundation for movement, learning and confidence through fun, playful activities designed especially for young children.
This engaging 45-minute session uses movement and play to support the development of balance, coordination, body awareness, posture and sensory processing. Children will explore activities that encourage the integration of primitive reflexes, development of postural reflexes and stronger sensory-motor foundations.
What will children do?
Through age-appropriate games and movement activities, children will practise:
Balance and coordination
Body awareness and motor planning
Core strength and postural control
Movement and sensory integration
Skills that support participation in sport, learning and everyday activities
Why attend?
The early years are an important time for developing the physical foundations children use for sport, play, learning and confidence. These sessions provide a fun and supportive environment where children can build these skills while enjoying movement and connecting with others.
Meet your facilitators
Sessions are run by Jenny & Nick, who bring experience across fitness, swim teaching, basketball coaching, neurodevelopmental movement and listening therapies.
Their approach combines their varied experience to create engaging movement experiences that help children develop confidence in their bodies and enjoy being active.
