🌿 Strong Minds, Safe Bodies – Community Mindfulness Series
Breathe deeply. Slow down. Reconnect.
This four-part mindfulness series is a gentle, family-friendly space designed to help you slow down, reset, and build emotional resilience. Each session weaves together guided meditation, gentle movement, and sensory practices to help you feel more present — in your body and in your community.
Led by a qualified meditation instructor, this class is open to all genders and welcomes absolute beginners. Whether you're a parent, carer, or simply in need of time to reconnect, this space is for you.
🧘♀️ What’s Included:
60 minute guided mindfulness class (for adults aged 15+)
Gentle movement, breathing, and sensory-based practice
Onsite care for children aged 3–10 (up to 7 per session, in a separate room)
Use of yoga mats, eye masks, and blankets (or bring your own)
Fresh fruit and water provided
Quiet reflection and connection space after class

$20 per adult (includes booking fees)
Children aged 3–10 attend free with onsite educator care (must be registered when booking)
Strictly limited to 10–15 adults and 7 children per session
Join for one class or all four — choose what suits your schedule
🧾 What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing for light stretching or sitting
Yoga mat, blanket, or eye mask (optional — we provide these too)
Nut-free snacks, water, and nappies for your child if needed
An open heart and a willingness to slow down

Adults (15+) of all genders and backgrounds
Parents/carers who need a mindful space while their kids are cared for by a Qualified Educator
Community members looking to reset, reflect, and reconnect
Beginners — no experience needed, just curiosity and care
🧸 Room Setup & Supervision
Sessions take place in Room 1 and Room 2, with a divider between spaces. Adults engage in mindfulness practices in Room 1, while children are cared for by a professional educator in Room 2 — just a few steps away, so you can relax with peace of mind.
🔞 Note: These classes are for adults and young people aged 15+. Children do not participate in the session.
