Strong Tweens aged 11- 13 and Strong Teens aged 14 - 17

Standing Strong Tweens and Teens is a wellness program where young people are having fun and being creative while also developing life skills/emotional intelligence to deal with self regulating, build inner confidence, have appreciation for family, communication skills and tools to deal with difficult situations. 🌈

Our term program runs for both teens and tweens at the same time but the groups are separated and topics are customised according to age and the needs of the group.  

Each session is different and runs for one and a half hours. They are made up of the three Standing Strong components: 

💟STRONG Bodies - Fun Movement/dance/twirling poi

😌STRONG Minds - Mindset/ Group discussions /Activities

💟STRONG Hearts - Mindfulness/partner yoga

During the year we have over forty different topics to discuss for STRONG Minds, this term may include:

💙 Attitude

💙 Motivation

💙 Sadness and Depression

💙 Values 

💙 Cyber Smarts 

💙 Goal setting

If you have been worried about your daughter or simply think she would benefit from interacting with peers in a nurturing space where the focus is on self awareness, building connection and belonging, then you will love our program.

The program aims to increase emotional literacy through our non-clinical, evidence based approach, and most of all it’s FUN!✨

*If you are unable to attend a session at Mosman Park, we have another Standing Strong Club located in Subiaco where you can attend a ‘make-up’ session.😎
