Student and Alumni reading
Description
The Creative Writing Programme (CWP) offers several readings a year - both in-person at Kemptown Bookshop, Brighton and online. They're a chance for our students and alumni to read some of their work and for fellow students to hear from their peers and meet one another over a glass of wine or soft drink.
Join us on the evening of Friday 9th April (after our Easter masterclasses) at Kemptown Bookshop in Brighton to hear a selection of readings from students past and present and meet fellow writers. The session will be hosted by one of our tutors and CWP director Cathy Hayward.
These events are exclusively for writers and alumni of the Creative Writing Programme and their friends and family. The £6.50 ticket price includes refreshments.
If you'd like to read from your work at this event or a future readings, please contact Cathy - cathy@creativewritingprogramme.org.uk. Our readers don't need to buy a ticket - that's just for guests.
NB: We apologise for the inconvenience, but the bookshop is currently not wheelchair accessible. The event space is located at the top of a staircase (17 steps). Please do get in touch if you’d like to know more details to plan your visit ahead.
