Student Film Screening: My Life
Event description
My Life
'My Life' is a personal exploration of my journey over the past year, reflecting the emotional and transformative experience of becoming a young adult. This experimental film elicits a raw sense of growth, identity, and self-awareness. The film delves into themes of love, anger, confusion, joy, doubt, and eventual acceptance, all while questioning the purpose of creativity. Each piece builds worlds and characters around these experiences through party scenes and abstract compositions, offering an honest, unfiltered representation of all I've seen, heard, and felt. At its core, this film is the most accurate representation of my year, presented in its purest form.
A student film by Ethan Mangopoulos, Year 12 2024.
Ethan will introduce his film, and there will be a Q&A directly after the screening.
