Dancers age 4 to 74 shine their brightest, performing to an array of traditional flamenco music such as Sevillanas, Fandangos, Tientos, Tangos, Bulerías and more.

About Dance Flamenco DC
Dance Flamenco DC and its children’s program Flamenco 4 Kids!™ is the home of Flamenco con Magdalena, originally founded in NYC in 1995. Today, DFDC offers children and adult dance programs, performance opportunities, and cultural experiences throughout the greater DMV area. As both an educational and entertainment based program, the studio delights in bringing the authentic sights, sounds and movements of Andalucía to Washington DC and beyond.
About Magdalena
Magdalena is best known for her traditional style which focuses on the musicality, grace, power and rhythm of Flamenco. She has been inspiring audience members and students alike for 30 years and has been awarded grants by The Field, Fractured Atlas and DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities for her work as an individual teaching artist.
About Miguelito
Michael Perez, fondly known as “Miguelito”, is a DC based flamenco guitarist who's been actively performing in the area since 1991. Creator of dcflamenco.com, mentor to countless artists, and beloved guitarist, he has played for almost every flamenco dancer and company in town for over 30 years.
