Welcome to the next webinar in the Study Melbourne Leadership Labs Connect series! This 5-part program brings together students, leaders, and alumni across Victoria for a unique experience designed to grow your leadership skills, expand your network, and create lasting connections.

Josh Farr will then join you for a hands-on workshop on the topic of Managing Up and Motivating Teams. With Josh, you will learn how to:

Understand what motivates people
Use the 6 drivers of motivation in your life and in your teams
Apply the M.A.N.A.G.E. principles to manage up
Build strong relationships and teamwork skills for your life, leadership and career
