Sturt Avenue have a brand‑new pub anthem making its way out into the world -- "Beer Song", a song about drinking deeply from the everlasting font of joy that comes from friendships forged over years of silly nights and shared misadventures. We couldn't think of a more perfect way to mark the occasion than a sun‑soaked afternoon of folk and bluegrass at the historic Three Brothers Arms Hotel.

Sturt Avenue

Sturt Avenue is an indie folk/Australiana band led by SCALA award-winning singer-songwriter Bryn Soden. Built from a foundation of familial bonds and cherished friendships, the band also features John Soden on mandolin and slide guitar, Gina Nott on violin, Lou Howard on banjo, Dave Thompson on Accordion, Isaac Kerr on bass, and Bryce Lehmann on drums. Their music weaves tales of love and sorrow, threaded with that elusive, golden-hour feeling - the kind that lingers after a night of singing, dancing, drinking, and laughing with the people who know you best.

Smug Drugglers

Born out of whiskey-soaked jams and folk festival session bar shenanigans, Smug Drugglers are a bluegrass collective leaning into the joy of the bluegrass genre. Expect to hear hundred-year-old folk standards mixed in with bluegrass interpretations of the hits of the 90s and 2000s, as well as a few originals too. Rousing choruses, lush harmonies, warmth and joy -- you won't want to miss this one.
