In times of uncertainty, leaders in for-purpose organisations cannot afford for workforce performance to drift. When conditions become more complex, the pressure on leadership, culture, capability and retention increases, and the impact on communities and stakeholders becomes even more significant.

Led by renowned leadership and business performance expert Trudy MacDonald, this workshop will address the real leadership and workforce challenges being faced right now, including:

How to balance accountability with empathy while maintaining clarity of expectations
How to support teams to stay focused, engaged and take ownership during uncertainty
Lessons from recent disruption and what effective leaders did differently
How to retain key people and sustain critical capability in resource-constrained environments
How to approach remuneration and recognition thoughtfully when budgets are tight and expectations remain high

This session is grounded in the realities of for-purpose organisations, focusing on how leaders can maintain alignment, strengthen resilience and continue delivering meaningful impact in changing conditions.

If you are focused on sustaining performance, supporting your people and leading with clarity through uncertainty, this session will provide practical and relevant strategies to act on immediately.

We invite you to join us for this complimentary workshop and encourage you to bring members of your leadership team or colleagues who would benefit from a practical, grounded conversation on leading people and performance through complexity and change.

The June workshop will be expertly facilitated by:
