Submerged - Marine Photography Experience

Delve into the underwater world of Shelley Beach with Sony and Ted's Cameras.

Underwater photographer, Vanessa Torres Macho from Aquatic Imaging Australia, will take you through the basics of handling yourself and your gear in this alien environment whilst snapping the most surreal photos imaginable. with 20-year experience under her belt, Vanessa will guide you through underwater composition and light use, as well as understanding marine life behavior and etiquette.

You may be able to photograph the Blue Groper, Port Jackson Shark, Giant Cuttle Fish, Fiddler Rays and many more exotic species.

This unique hands-on experience will provide invaluable insights into creating compelling underwater images while exploring one of Sydney's most vibrant marine ecosystems. Join us for an unforgettable adventure beneath the surface and discover a whole new perspective on photography.

What to Bring

• Your wetsuit and snorkeling gear. (You can HIRE GEAR for the day by contacting Dive Center Bondi).

• Towel and a change of clothes.

• Memory card only, CFExpress Type A or SD (cameras will be provided).
