“Will you come to the cabin with me this Summer?”
As they prepare to part ways for university, a group of newly graduated teenagers have one final weekend away… with a twist. They’re going to film an amateur adult film at the same location a cult-classic movie was made, try to go viral online, and hopefully make enough money to fund the next year of their lives as adults.
But when one of the young gay men who’s meant to be in the video bails last minute, everything goes pear-shaped.
At this rate, they’ll be lucky if any of the friendships last the night.
"Subscribe Please" is a brand-new ensemble comedy by award-winning NT playwright Sean Guy. It is an hilarious coming-of-age story about sexuality, friendship, love, identity, and growing up queer. Please join us for the launch of this new work and support all the local artists involved!
