One thing we love about our winter shows is their intimacy. Just a small lucky crew, nice and cosy in an old chapel listening to some very special artists, and we are so thrilled to get up close and personal with Sash Seabourne straight off the back of his successful stint on Australian Idol. 

Sash is quickly making a name for himself as one of Australia’s rising Roots and Folk artists. His debut single ‘Constant’ won hearts across the country in 2021, garnering him a sold out launch at Mojos bar and airplay on Triple J. Following singles have landed the artist spotlight and Track of The day on Unearthed and an extensive touring across WA, VIC and QLD. Sash is a WAM Award nominee, RTRfm feature artist and has started 2023 with a bang after making the Top 10 on Australian Idol.

Sash Seabourne

Raised on the pristine coast of the South West, this emerging songwriter’s work speaks volumes beyond his years. This music digs deep, conjuring up stories of love and loss, joy and sorrow in songs that transcend one human soul's experience. An esteemed performer in solo and band mode, his live performances have quickly gained momentum. Sash has played Strings Attached and WA Craft Beer Festival, along with supporting Riley Pearce, Great Gable, Death By Denim, Michael Dunstan, Kav Temperley and Paige Valentine.
With a writing style that echoes the disarming poignancy of Ryan Adams, laced with timeless inspiration drawn from Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Nicks. With his rough-hewn vocals, intricate acoustic compositions and bare-faced lyricism, Sash is on the path to cementing himself as one of the most exciting upcoming Singer/Songwriters in the West Australian Scene.

Travis Green

Travis Green is an emerging Singer-Songwriter who is causing a stir in the WA scene with his disarming live show and breathtaking vocal talent. Drawing influence from the likes of Alabama Shakes and Matt Corby, Travis weaves emotive and introspective lyrics, haunting guitar and his remarkable high-tenor voice into an intimate performance that will leave its mark on your soul

Chloe Schofield

On the back of a sold-out single launch at the heritage listed Victoria Hall in Fremantle, Chloe Schofield’s long awaited full band four track EP releases on July 16th.

Always finding the humour in trauma, Schofield’s EP, Street Dog, is a guide to making your way through modern life and giving it the middle finger when you’ve had enough. "Those who have seen me play before know that I’m a slightly awkward whiskey drinking performer, who likes to crack a joke and swears a lot to compensate for my nerves."

Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable-ness of life and recognising when you need to try something new was the drive for Schofield to record her debut EP with a band. After releasing three singles as a solo performer, Schofield’s unique musical satire comes to life with the support of guitarist Benny Lazzaro, drummer Ryan Johnson and bassist Adam Springhetti.

With smooth vocals, soulful harmonies, strong acoustics and folky instrumentals, Schofield was rightly given along standing ovation at Victoria Hall in March to a sold out crowd. With her raw and relatable lyrics, a more than gentle nudge to stop taking life so seriously and a voice that can hold a room, Chloe Schofield is one to watch.
