THE MONEY WAR

Since their formation in 2016, their success has seen them tour nationally with the likes of Meg Mac, Dope Lemon, Holy Holy and Neil Finn, who hand-selected them to open for him after hearing their music. They have toured internationally at such festivals as Southbound, FOTSUN and SXSW.

In 2019, the band’s debut album ‘Home’ was nominated for a The Australian Music Prize – the coveted national accolade that celebrates artistic merit and exceptional songwriting. Their new album 'Morning People" is out now on all streaming platforms.

In addition to writing and recording as The Money War, Dylan also works as a producer and has written songs and worked in the studio with the likes of Meg Mac, Tia Gostelow, Tim Carroll (Holy Holy), Lucky Oceans and Riley Pearce.

Wild Oak

Hailing from the small coastal town of Dunsborough in the South West of Western Australia, Wild Oak is the project of gifted singer Oakley Driscoll, bringing her introspective acoustic work to a full band sound.

Interweaving captivating vocals of personal stories with soulful melodies, Wild Oak produces music that is easy listening yet with plenty of depth.

Blurring the lines between indie folk/rock and electro pop the band seamlessly blends intricate acoustic guitar melodies with modern synth and ambient sounds to create their own unique brand of genre traversing alternative pop.

Following their self-titled first release in 2019, Wild Oak’s follow up single “Promises” delivers a more alternative sound whilst still staying true to the bands indie folk roots.

Sam McGovern

Sam McGovern, a 21 year old singer songwriter and guitarist from Perth Western Australia was born and raised by a strong combination of music and the ocean. From a young age Sam had either a guitar in hand or a surfboard under his arm, these two hobbies therefore became second nature to him.

Now in his second year of studies at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Sam is exploring broader musical knowledge.

Sam approaches songwriting as a way of expressing feelings that come unspoken in his life, when words fail, music speaks. Sam's stories are told through heartfelt and honest lyrics that unravel a deeper meaning.
