Success Series - Event Management Workshop

Our free Event Management Workshop provides a comprehensive guide to planning and executing successful events with minimal stress and maximum impact. Participants will learn how to maximise attendance, enhance event quality and ensure profitability through expert-led discussions. This workshop will cover essential topics such as budgeting, marketing, logistics and post-event analysis. 

Our speaker, Michelle Dayman will share her knowledge for attendees to gain access to valuable resources, tools and industry insights, equipping them with the skills needed to deliver memorable and well-organised events. Whether you're a seasoned event planner or new to the field, this workshop offers practical strategies and insider tips to elevate your event planning expertise.

A bit about Michelle Dayman:
With over 15 years' experience in the events industry, Michelle has managed a wide range of occasions from major community festivals to high-end corporate functions, boutique activations and impeccably styled dining experiences in both regional and metropolitan areas. She specialises in developing creative event concepts (from the initial idea to polished execution) and enhancing existing events to achieve greater scale and quality. Renowned for her ability to create impressive events on a budget, Michelle ensures they genuinely reflect the essence of an organisation and connect with the audience.

Paul Fulara and Tania Berhault from the Town of Victoria Park's Bookings and Health teams will also present the requirements and procedures requested by the Town, and where to find relevant documentation.

Parking: Staff parking will be available for use behind the building (entry off Shepperton Road)
