People who are new to grant writing, or have written 1 or 2 applications in the past and would like to improve.

What will I learn in this workshop?

During this interactive, hands-on workshop you will learn:

• How the grant process works and how your application will be assessed.
• Where to search for grant opportunities.
• How to set your group up for success before starting applications, e.g. governance requirements, basic planning.
• What to look for when reading grant guidelines and application forms, e.g. eligibility criteria, keywords to use.
• How to write standout grant applications, e.g. get key messages across succinctly, answer questions thoroughly.
