This ensures business continuity and minimises disruption when key positions become vacant due to retirement, resignation or unexpected departures.

Why is Succession Planning important?

Business Continuity: Ensures smooth transitions and uninterrupted operations.
Talent Development: Identifies and develops high-potential employees, improving overall talent pool.
Risk Mitigation: Reduces the risk of leadership gaps and potential disruptions.
Enhanced Employee Morale: Provides clear paths and opportunities for advancement.
