Event description

Add a little enchantment and nature to workspace by creating your own succulent terrarium!

Interacting with nature and living plants, even little ones, has been linked to a whole range of mental health and wellbeing benefits. Taking care of a plant can provide serenity and respite during our busy daily lives and help us reset to improve mood.

Succulents are a popular choice because they are hardy, easy to care for and of course are very pretty plants to look at!

Join our workshop to make your very own terrarium alongside fellow Central Clinical School staff and students. Please feel free to bring your own plant pot/terrarium if you have one, materials will also be provided.
