The High Holy Days are a time for the whole family, and we are excited to be offering a rich program for our youngest members, including dedicated services and child-minding on both days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. These programs are always in high demand; ensure your child doesn't miss out by registering ASAP.
We are expecting record numbers this year, and with limited space in our sanctuaries, we must prioritise our members. You have received this link because your Emanuel Synagogue membership is current, and you are eligible to secure tickets for High Holy Days services. Tickets are not transferable. If you have loved ones who would like to join you, please ensure they, too, are current members.

Tots' Services are suitable for ages 2-4 years old, and any younger children must be accompanied by a parent.
Children’s Services and activities are suitable for children aged 5-11 years old.
SUKKAH OF WISHES - DECORATION & CELEBRATION - MONDAY 6 OCTOBER
Sukkah Decorating | 5.00 pm - 6.15 pm In the Sukkah | Sukkah-Tot a chance for our youngest members to gather in the sukkah for songs, stories and creating decorations to hang in our sukkah of wishes. At the same time, our older children will create magical decorations for the sukkah, engage in games and tons of Sukkah fun |
SHABBAT CHOL HAMO'ED SUKKOT - SATURDAY 11 OCTOBER
Children's Service | 10.15 am - 11.15 am Education Centre | Our Shabbat Children's Services with a Shabbat Chol Hamoed Sukkot twist; Celebrate Shabbat and Sukkot with a joyful service just for children! Together we’ll sing, pray, and hear stories that bring the spirit of Sukkot to life. We’ll shake the lulav and etrog, learn about the sukkah, and discover the meaning of this special holiday in fun and interactive ways. Perfect for children of all ages—come and share the joy of Shabbat and the festival with friends and family! |
SIMCHAT TORAH - WEDNESDAY 15 OCTOBER

| Join us for a joyful Simchat Torah celebration just for children! With singing, dancing, stories, and fun activities, kids will experience the excitement of completing and beginning the Torah cycle in a lively and meaningful way. Expect flags, sweets, and plenty of ruach (spirit) as we celebrate together! |
