2024 Planning Support for NFP and Charity CEOs

As the new year starts, how are you travelling with achieving the priorities in your strategic plan? Or are you about to prepare a new strategic plan and not sure where to start or who best to work with?
Either way, you may be feeling a tad overwhelmed by the amount of work to get done over the next 3-6 months. And if you have staff moving on, sick, or fatigued themselves, it makes your job that much harder.
Our Summer Strategy Clinic runs over January/February to help you:
- Prioritise or re-prioritise key actions for 2024 delivery
- Learn about options available to support you in achieving your strategic priorities
- Look at delivery approaches and costings for your priorities
- Feel more organised, with clear objectives and fully supported

What’s included in the Strategic Plan Clinic?
- An expert review of your Strategic Plan,
- A 90 minute private 1:1 consultation to discuss your Strategic Plan priorities and resourcing gaps,
- A 2 page report with recommendations on options and costings to support you and your team,
- A follow up session to help you get started and focussed on your priority tasks.
Clinic Fee
- $295 inc gst (until 31 March 2024)
- Clinic fees are not refundable, but transferable if you need to change the booking date.
- The fee will also be deducted from any service engagements with Benefolk.
- You are welcome to bring team / board members to the session (maximum 5 participants)
