Summer Clothing Swaps with City of Canada Bay February
Event description
City of Canada Bay and The Clothing Exchange are joining eco-friendly forces to bring a series of Summer Clothing Swaps to the Rhodes Amphitheatre on Sat 19th of January. Swapping is a clever and thrifty way to update your wardrobe and save you dollars as well as making the world a better place. If you have good quality garments you once loved but are no longer your favourites, would like to experience the sharing economy and connect with your local community, join us.
Check-in: 11.00am-12.00pm
Swap starts :12.00pm
Bring: up to 6 quality garments in great condition
Guidelines for attendance:
1. Please wash & clean all clothes and place them in a bag at least three days before the event.
2. Disposable masks will be available for use during the event should you choose to wear them.
3. There will be hand sanitiser available
4. Please practise social distancing inside the venue
5. Take your new clothes home and wash them straight away
6.If you have been feeling unwell with any Covid 19 symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last 14 days to please refrain from attending.
7. We’re looking forward to a fun event.
This event will be a COVID safe event operating under the guidelines of the NSW Government and understanding that social distancing is critical to slowing down the rate of COVID-19 infection, we will adhere to the number of swappers allowed into the venue.
