We invite you to join us for the Summer Equilibrium Yoga Retreat.

This is an abundant day that is designed to let yourself completely surrender and allow yourself to be in the beautiful restorative surrounds of Palm Beach as you honour yourself and reset your body and mind. The Summer Retreat recalibrates the nervous system and adrenals that can often feel fatigued after the festive season.This Retreat also guides you gently back into the heart space in a nurturing and supportive way. We have designed a beautiful , nurturing day for you to reset and renew yourself and find that inner harmony again.

With Leah's vibrant energy she will guide you through the mornings practice of Yoga designed to reawaken you from the inside out and connect deeply to your body and mind. Drawing from the 5 elements and the guidance of the Seasons the practice balances and restores the Summer organs and enlivens the flow of energy / chi throughout your body leaving you feeling amazing .

With Nadias calming energy she will guide you into a Restorative yoga and Meditation that moves your nervous system into complete Rest / Relax state. This deeply calming practice will have long lasting effects as it Resets your body and mind leaving you in a total state of Bliss.

There is time for a sharing circle , massages , reflection. There is a delicious lunch cooked onsite that is wholesome, Ayurvedic and very delicious. There is time to just take in the stunning views of Pittwater and relax by the bay or stretch out on the private jetty. Or why not bring your cosies and have a swim in the pool.

We have been running our Retreat for 5 years now and as busy mums who have owned businesses and know the importance of slowing down and giving yourself permission to Relax ,this Retreat offers you an achievable but transformative experience .
