• Why is dinner no longer included with admission?

  This year, we wanted to give our guests more variety and flexibility when it comes to dining! Rather than offering one set meal, we'll have a selection of food and beverage vendors so you can choose what you'd like to enjoy throughout the evening.

  This change also allows us to lower ticket prices and make the Soirée a little more affordable for everyone, without taking away from the magic! ✨🥀

• Is parking free? Where should I park?

  Complimentary parking is available along the surrounding streets and in the parking lot located east of Camarillo Ranch. Please follow posted parking signs and regulations.

• Is there a dress code?

  Fantasy-inspired attire is highly encouraged! From enchanted royalty and woodland fae to whimsical gowns and mysterious sorcerers, we invite you to dress as your favorite fantasy self. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

• Do you have to be 21+ to attend?

  Yes! The Summer Fantasy Soirée is strictly for guests ages 21 and older. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.

• Can I leave and re-enter the event?

  Yes! Re-entry is permitted with your event wristband. All guests must go through security screening again upon re-entry. Please keep your wristband on throughout the evening.

• Are tickets refundable or transferable?

  All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may safely resell your ticket through Humanitix's official ticket resale platform, subject to availability of the resale feature.

• What happens if it rains?

  The Summer Fantasy Soirée is planned to take place rain or shine! In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated to ticket holders.

• Is the event wheelchair accessible?

  The event takes place throughout the historic Camarillo Ranch grounds, with a combination of paved pathways and grassy areas. Please contact us ahead of time with any accessibility questions or accommodation requests.

• Will there be seating available?

  Yes! Tables and chairs will be available throughout the grounds for guests to relax, dine, and enjoy the atmosphere. VIP guests will also have access to a dedicated lounge and priority show viewing area.

• Can I purchase tickets at the door?

  Tickets are available online and may sell out before the event. We highly recommend purchasing in advance, as day-of availability is not guaranteed.

• What time should I arrive?

  General Admission begins at 4:00 PM. Secret Garden VIP guests may enter beginning at 3:00 PM to enjoy their exclusive early-entry experience.

• Will there be security screening?

  Yes! For the safety of all guests, security screening and bag checks will be conducted upon entry. All guests, including those re-entering the event, must pass through security screening. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for entry.

• Are cosplay props and weapons allowed?

  Yes! Fantasy and cosplay props are welcome, provided they are not sharp and cannot cause harm to others. All props and costume weapons are subject to inspection during security screening. For everyone's safety, we reserve the right to deny entry to any item deemed unsafe.
