Event description
Summer Nursery open day, offering plants all grown by our Friends who cherish good, hardy plants that perform in the garden. Also available are some hard to find plants, plus quite a few old fashioned plants no longer available in nurseries. There will be plenty of opportunity to talk to our growers and Friends of the gardens to discuss what you need in your garden.
Cake stall with lots of goodies home baked by our Friends of the gardens.
Also available is a selection of pre-loved garden books for the beginner right through to the experts.
Free entry, and the playground is always popular with children after visiting the nursery.
Coffee cart and a garden handcraft stall featuring essentials for your gardening needs.
